Signing Identity Management API

The signing identity management API serves mainly for creating and deleting the signing identities managed by the platform. These operations are usually invoked by the registration API; not by the applications directly. This API can also be used for obtaining a list of all or some of the signing identities of a user and for obtaining data on any of these identities.
